Creative Recipes with Frozen Fruit
If you have frozen fruit in your freezer, you may be wondering: What can I do with frozen fruit?
Yes, you can put it in oatmeal or blend into smoothies. But after a while, it gets a little old. So, I am on a mission this week to find out what else can I make with frozen fruit besides smoothies.
Today is Day 6 of our Two-Week Plant-Based Cooking Challenge and I’m so pumped!
What’s this challenge? We will be cooking a brand-new plant-based recipe every day for the next two weeks together! All recipes are pantry-friendly, easy to make, and will NOT require hard to find ingredients (because grocery shopping ain’t the same anymore!).
All right let’s move on to recipes. What I have are two reaaaaaly great recipes that you can make with ANY frozen fruit. Have multiple frozen fruits such as bananas and blueberries? Don’t shy away! Mix them up!
The first recipe is frozen treat is Berry Swirl Yogurt Popsicles. Don’t panic if you don’t have frozen berries. These popsicles can be made with any fruit be that mango, banana, or kiwi!

Popsicles are SO easy to make and are a perfect healthy snack.
The second recipe is Pineapple Mango Sorbet. Oh yeah. It tastes like the beach.

Such an easy and healthy dessert recipe – a must-try! If you don’t have exact ingredients, you can use any frozen fruit in exact same ratios. 😊
